Disclaimer: although Cora hasn't hit this yet in competition, its very promising and she has hit it a few times in sparring. Let me know what yall think.

Is there really a thread? If so where is it? Would love to see the many ways to properly pull guard at high level. I been studying some of the recent IBJJF matches and they just basically squat down to pull guard (double guard). OR they would dive right in for something that look like black mamba.

This one is part of the same series but has some great stuff too. Even if I don't use all of the stuff, it helps me understand the mindset of the Wrestler better and also helps me be a better training partner when I mimic a Wrestlers behaviour in training for my partner.

    Great Idea here!
I like to shoot for a high crotch, then chain to a double leg, to a far side single leg, to barzegar. If I get stuffed and sprawled out on in those transitions I look to peek out.
Throws, I like over under control ( right arm under hook ) to outside leg trip or inside leg trip on opponents right leg. Or pummel for double under hooks and work the same leg trips landing on top in side control.

I think it would valuable if Eddie came up with a warm up drill for this subject, takedowns, throws, takedown defense and counters that would fit into the System.

I believe you got to be a ninja at this stuff as much or more as in lockdown flow or grappling from the top or bottom.
    Peace guys!
