Hi peeps I'm a new member to 10th Planet I've trained at other more traditional jiu jitsu clubs, but I really dig Eddies philosophy and sheer passion for the art, hence why I'm here, and after seeing his performance on Metamoris, I'm blown away even more so. Anyway down to business, just wondering if there is anyone in my local area to drill with, or does anyone know of any plans for an affiliated academy being setup in the south west of England?

I think there is an academy in the UK but not sure what area of the country it is in. I am in england quite a bit for work (manchester area)...not sure if that is near plymouth or not but if it is Im always willing to drill/roll when im over.

10P London just opened. Probably closest to you, not near but other than that there is Birmingham, Grimsby, Darlington (I think) and Glasgow in the UK.

Bummer the nearest is 300 mile away. If only I still lived in Surrey it wouldn't be too bad. I'm in a real awkward situation as the academy I've started training at is a Royce Gracie affiliate (this was before Metamoris) but don't worry I'm open minded and simply in awe of 10th planet system. A bit like when I first saw UFC 1, I was watching Metamoris with Eddie and I was like "I gotta learn this!" Lol. I'm applying for a new job near Birmingham and I think there's a 10th planet. Is it still there does anyone know?
