Pokemon Choke - "VIDEO"

Does anyone else feel alot of pressure on your own top shoulder (in the video it would be the right shoulder) as you're folding it over to finish the choke? I tried repping it out a couple of times and my shoulder did not appreciate it at all.

I tried it a few times and my shoulders simply won't take it. I damned near dislocated both. Skywalker hit me with it no problem though.

Well I caught one student of mine in it and in the same time I said "Pikachu", He went to the side and one other guy asked :
What happened?
He answered: I got submitted in a fucking Pokemon Choke... we where laughing our asses of..hahaha

This is one of our favorite techniques. Its really just a marcelotoine from top half. Gabby has no issue doing it withe her flexible shoulders but not me so much. I now use dennys pretzel grip (the one he uses for guillotoines) . Problem solved.

Definite save! Thanks so much, I use the pretzel grip for the marcelotine as well. I'll definitely try it with this :-)
