Twister Defense ?

Probably one of the weakest hole in my game is my Twister defense. My instructor exposed these dent in my game when he attacked for twisters and I would tape religiously with the slightest of struggles. All I want is to be able to effectively be able to defend the twister any thoughts and help will be well appreciated

For when your already in the twister? Its easy, you just tap. Otherwise, my approach is: Almost in it, truck leg pinned downand they are battling for your arm? Keep you arms tight like you defending an armbar and elbows glued to you and while your doing that try to win the leg battle and get yourself unhooked. Just got put into the truck? Use the truck stop or shift your torso off of and away from them while battling to get the legs unhooked and safe from subs all while making sure to not expose that arm to them. If they don't have your arm or second leg secured, turn around and take top position in half guard on them.
