    Advanced nogi is 5 years and above. Gi will work with who shows up. Sometimes it's only purples. Sometimes a combined purple/brown or brown/black. Most blacks won't roll a purple and will try and fight a brown or black from another weight class or hop in another weight class entirely. Once in Atlanta, a 4 stripe brown had no one to roll and I felt bad and tried to step up so he could have a match, think I was a 3 or 4 stripe blue at the time. He declined to roll me.
