I leaned it from submissions 101 like 5 years ago. Great technique, works well on beginners. Just don't forget to sprwl or they'll flip you over.

All joking aside, the technique is gold. If someone is flipping you over, your pressure isn't being applied correctly.

I know, because I had my knees on the mat like you see goalies do in hockey when doing their first stretch on the ice. Usually I dont't get fliped like that, te other guy was a wrestler and about 20 pounds stronger too lol.
