Hi all! I am going to be spending the next month working on Prison Guard. I want to be sure to include transitions to Homie Control in my drills. Are there any positions where it is beneficial to transition to Homie Control other than: Dog Fight to Full Guard Double Unders (Warm Ups E), Lockdown Half, or Butterfly with Double Unders?
