Its not aikido completely different thing Daito Ryu or Shizen Ryu Aikijiujtsu. Nobody at the dojo I used to train at would run at you with an over hand chop they would punch you in the face dump you on your head then try to walk away with a piece of you.

I dont mean to to disrespect anyone i trained at 10th planet Bethlehem for the first time this pass monday and it was an awesome experience. I plan on making the 2 hours drive every monday to go and learn as much as I can. The only association aikijiujitsu has with aikido is that Morihei Ueshiba thought it was too brutal so he developed aikido from it.
