    Jiu-Jitsu (Weights) Gym Workouts

    BUTTERFLYZ: Cable Kick-Outs.. Like flyz 4 chest, lower and sit down, and "kick" out; I say "kick" coz ya jus wanna "kick" slow.

    TAKE DOWNZ: Lat Pull-Downz from sit position ( sitting on floor, pulling the weight ) also, same sit position, lower and pull towardz.

    GRIP: Large Jarz ( Pigz Feet jarz ) fill with sand and water.
