    Hello everyone

    Hello, wanted my first post to be introductory and helpful
    I'm Javier, signed up round the beginning of May with 10th Planet Costa/Buena Park, and even though I keep getting absolutely smashed, absolutely loving it and very proud to be part of the family.
    As for the informative part I ran across this article on the BJJ subreddit on reddit, thought it was really interesting and thought I'd share it.
    Thank you everyone, very excited for the journey that is 10th planet and bjj.
