The first time I ever got submitted in competition was my first time competing at Gracie Worlds. I got caught in a D'arce after 13 and a half minutes of completely dominating the match. I was completely heartbroken. I came home and obsessed.

I saw John slap that Darce on you and it looked wicked tight .. after you survived, I knew it was something I wanted to add to my game. I love defense. I've learned over the years working your defense is HUGE and a huge confidence builder. I've also learned resilience can open so many new options and opportunities to be offensive ... great job, thanks again BFF !!

No Lie, I thought I had it. Brandon's defense is on a level people wish they could attain. That's why you should book him for a Seminar ASAP, most of the Defensive stuff he can show you is stuff anyone can do. The Armbar Defense has saved me on several occasions. (PS. Very nice, I've got my own Darce/ arm tri escape system (I say my own but it's completely plagiarised from Keith Owen) but your stuff will upgrade it very nicely.

The arm positioning on that arm bar defence is exactly what I've been looking for.
