I no longer plank anymore. This is the only defense I use.
I made Brandon give me the deepest, strongest vice grip I could secure. Then said go. 3 minutes of patiently and tactically adjusting and squeezing. He was undarced or jnt'd and I was transitioning to back.
I came home and replicated the same results with my training partners. Approved.
