    Question to Eddie re:swim sprints

I started adding swim sprints to my work out after hearing you talk about how much they helped you with your preparation for M3. My question is when you were doing 20 of them were you counting one trip down the pool as one lap or did you consider a lap to be down and back? Hope this makes sense. I have been counting one trip down the pool as one lap and 20 of them is killing me in the best way possible! Thanks in advance!

Yeah, one lap is one time across from what I can understand on the podcast

I did swimming in school. One lap is normally across and back and is 50 meters. A "sprint" for swimmers is 50 meters.

As I recall, Eddie would sprint down the pool, jump out and do 100 pushups, melt a block of metal with his laser vision and then refreeze it with his ice breath, strangle a tawny kitten, do 100 more pushups, and then sprint back. That's one lap.

I added in a handstand walk around the pool as well 😎

I heard it was a cougar not a kitten and that Rogan showed him the proper technique to strangle one...

No, it was a kitten for sure. How dare you question a real life brown belt!

Also, I believe there were calf raises done while wearing a midget as a back pack. I could be thinking of something else, though. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
