    Since the Red schafer seminar, this has been a go to for me.
    s-grip, get really low too, and its hard to stop.

    i did this comp 2 weeks after a rib injury took me out for 6weeks,
    so i stuggled in conditioning. and its third match
    but the finish is Red's grip version. good look at it. right at the end of video.

    I'm not even sure if I'm on the right page, but I've found some great success with that grip on the "FDH" rnc lately. When the opponent is desperately digging for 2 on 1 and I can't reach the shoulder with the choking arm, I take the 3 finger grip. Releasing my hook attempts, I back out to my knees with the grip in tight and apply pressure in and forwards...hopefully getting the tap.
