    BJJ 4 to 5 times a week
Weight train 3 times a week
HIIT Running a couple times a week
HIIT routines at least 2 times a week (Monday and Wednesday BJJ warmups)
Already on a high protein Organic Nutrition plan, and eating clean.
Just working on my grip strength at this point with focus on Fatgripz pullups so anything you can add to that is cool.

For anyone looking for a smart way to train then this is pretty spot on, perhaps overtraining a touch but you know your own body! I'll send you some exercises to build up grip strength and some stuff on periodisation to help you peak but otherwise great job

    1) 24
    2) 155lbs
    3) Occasional lower back spasms, sore knees and wrists
    4) Jiu Jitsu 4-5 days/week, weight lift 2-3 days/week, yoga once/week
    5) Goal: Gain strength, better cardio, gain lean muscle

I'm also competing in my first tournament in 2 weeks at Dream Jiu Jitsu. I signed up for the 135-150lbs weight class. I currently weigh about 154-155. Do you have any tips on losing the last 5-6lbs? I eat pretty clean during the weekdays and tend to give myself the weekend to eat what I want but nothing too crazy.

    Thank you!
