Having also watched it repeatedly I honestly cannot see:
1. The switch in stance- she boxed orthodox with a left leg lead and threw left handed.
2. The throwing with an under/over- she controlled the head with her left arm grabbing her opponent's left armpit and overhooked her opponent's left arm with her right arm. That is not an over/under position as is known to wrestling or even Judo and I saw no underhook at all.
3. The double unders- which suggests a measure of control when there was none after the right hand and knee had landed.
Ronda has proved herself to be a world class athlete by medalling at World and Olympic level in a highly competitive sport which is practised world wide by full time athletes many on state supported schemes. That is an underappreciated and superb achievement which to my mind far outweighs her domination of a small number of what appear to be so far limited opponents from North America.
