I'm not gonna lie that I'm never on the forums (and I will be more often) or watch MTS mainLy cause I train at HQ everyday. But since my knee injury I have had some time to just watch videos on here and realize how important it is to go back to the "play book." Realized some details that I have swayed away from that can make things tighter... Hope you guys don't mind seeing me around here more....

Dear Mr Omar. This is what happened yesterday in class. I rolled with a black belt with a sore lower back. He was going 40%. I pulled half guard, to Lockdown. I ended up hitting the Electric Chair and he was muttering, " hey Electric Chair nice stretch." I rolled him up with me in top control, passed his flapping leg, and pretended to choke as he pushed his forearm into my throat just like Eddie did on Royler. For a brief second I thought, "I got you!" And I reached for the leg to hit the Vaporizer! ...then I blanked. Just not enough reps in the bank I guess. That's the closest I've come to tapping a black belt. I'm a white belt but I'm 10P4L. Please feel better. Greetings from eastern Canada! There's no faster way to progress in any art, trade, sport etc than to STUDY.
And there's no better way to study 10p than MTS. The books and DVDs are crucial as well but MTS includes the entire system, the DVDs and books specialize

I was at Eddie's seminar few years ago and he had us one by one do lockdown to dogfight to limp arm. He asked me if I trained at a 10P school. Nope, all books, DVDs, and MTS.
