Anyone ever deal with a Pelvic Drop/Hip injury?

What's going onnnnn???!!! I'm currently going through physical therapy for an old injury I wasn't aware of that caused my pelvis/hip to drop crooked. Has anyone ever dealt with this in Jiu Jitsu? And does anyone know of any techniques I should focus on when I get back on the mats.

    THANKS SO MUCH!

I'm still recovering from this issue, but a foam roller has been invaluable. I'm slowly getting my hip flexibility back towards where it once was,but in the meantime I've had to adapt my game. For me,it's lead to a focus on my half guard game whereas before I was all about the RG and the gogoplata. I still love both, but I'm more comfortable hitting lockdown, whip down, electric chair etc
