Thanks everyone I appreciate the feed back.
The worst thing is to be down and having to watch everyone else roll. I held pads for a buddy getting ready for a fight and by the end of about an hour and half of holding pads it loosened up pretty good, I iced up last night and woke up pretty soar again but im sure a few ice sessions and warm ups I should be good to roll soon.
