Sean Had two answers, either allow them cartwheel and you roll on your side/shoulder that's already on ground to your knees and go for single leg (on his first knee to hit the ground) takedown,
or place your arm (the arm that normally would prevent cartwheel in jiuclaw) to the side your opponent will be rolling to so that they land with their lumbar area on your arm but since you can't hold the full weight on one arm, you use their momentum to get you up and then roll that arm to put them on their back as they land. You'll need to watch the video to truly understand it but it's simple enough
