Aside from the obvious and most important 9/11 and Tower 7 conspiracies...

I think my recent favorite is OJ Simpsons SON Jason Sipson being the murderer that night. OJ probably went into complete panic mode when he discovered the scene, it would explain his erratic behavior. The amount of evidence condemning Jason is staggering.
