I guess I take this as a compliment lol. Vanilla loaf cake and milk for breakfast is an unstoppable force of nature. All of you guys worrying about health food and all that shit let me tell you straight up. Fat and carbohydrates will make you feel good. As the great Reverend Billy Graham would say "Fuck all that health food." I roll fine. Don't get out of breathe anymore. I eat good too. I'm not fat either so don't believe all the myths about unseen forces. Whats proven is something that makes you happy then enjoy that shit. Hell yeah every day of the week. Do Jiu Jitsu, eat good food, get lots of sleep, enjoy beer every now and then.
