Hope everyone had a great New Year. I am back in the gym in pursuit of the UFC Gold. I am going to bring the very best Shane Carwin back to the octagon. I have changed my diet and I am going to do my best to eat organically and use food as the prime nourishment for my body. I am cutting back on all of the supplements and I hope to weigh in around 265 without having to cut leading to the fight. No post fight IV and no stress or strain on the body. As many of you know last night was my Birthday and this is the cake I ordered to celebrate.
I feel like I have what it takes to make it to the top again. I know how close I was and I will never let a dream slip through my fingers like that again. I failed to capture a moment because I failed to prepare for it. I won't be making that same mistake twice.
