    How long should I wait?

    I had a mole removed from my back last week and the doctor closed the wound with 7 stitches. He took the stitches out 2 days ago and when I asked him about how long I should wait before starting exercise, he said a month should be ok before starting LIGHT exercise. Jiujitsu is not light exercise but consider the fact that I had this operation done overseas and nobody really knows what BJJ is out here. Anyways, how long did you guys wait before going back to the mats after getting your stitches removed?

    I had a bunch removed on my back and it pretty much took me a month to heal properly and don't feel the scar pulling... Get some bio oil and oil the shit out of your scars it will help the process
