Frank Shamrock. His commenting skills aside, his fight with Tito changed MMA and the way fighter's approached the sport

We need a case for Aoki. When I think Aoki I personally don't feel he has reached legendary. Why do you think so?

I don't know if I would call Frank Shamrock a legend but I understand Mick's point about how that fight had a big impact on the way fighters train. He beat tito on cardio. Then Tito became the cardio king for a while and alot of guys followed suit and now every pro fighter makes it a priority in there training from trainging at altitude to Wanderlei Silva wearing a snorkle while training.
