    Yeah, the video is full of all kinds of stupid. Since when was sitting out on a dude's spine a BJJ guard pass? And why the fuck would you ever continue the match with your face planted into the mat and your legs in the air? There have only been 2 times where my neck was in a similar position and I tapped immediately. As a matter of fact, whenever I lose orientation and I feel unfamiliar pressure I tap and then audit the position with my partner.

    Could happen to anyone...tournaments bring out all kind of crazy shit (I lost 8 months of training from a double break at the ankle in a tournament).
