    improving cardio ?

    ok so after my first class first thing i see i need to work on is my cardio and tips or tricks im thinking about ordering this http://o2trainer.com/ cant go wrong with bas rutten but what is your guess opinion on this topic what are some good ways to build stamina

    I think that is the type of product you would buy once you can go balls out running stairs for an hour. I think you have to be in pretty incredible condition to benefit from an o2trainer.

    ruining is a good way to build cardio but my knees don't like it to much i can do it but would rather not also http://o2trainer.com/ can be used well u sit around n play videos games do dishes go for a bike or at least that's what i thought i think it would go good with yoga

    Make sure you're doing sports specific exercise, especially with cardio. If you're rolling 5 minute rounds. HIIT is great *just make sure you only do it every other day or ever 3 days so you recover correctly* , sprints, parachute sprints, working with the body band and sprinting forward then resetting.

    kk thnx guys we roll for 30-45 switching partner every 5 mins im still super beat from it i am supposed to go for wrestling n muay thai tomorrow but im just going to wait till Thursday n go back to jiu jitsu
