i would love to know what percentage of mma fighters r on roids but at the same time wouldnt, its very disheartening for young people hoping to have a career in fighting, can see why dana fired him but at the same time u dont see guys like Bonnar getting fired and thats because their friends with the boss

You can't compare Bonnar though, or anyone else that got caught after the fights for that matter.

Nate was in the main-event and 24 hours before the fights started he didn't pass his medicals because he messed up his cycle, had a bad doctor, or both. Bonnar didn't ruin a mian event and force Dana to scramble to replace it. Also, like Dana said, Nate a history of PED use. There are at least 2 other times I can think of where he's been popped.

Dana even said in the interview he may have handled it differently if he had known earlier. When someone like Sonnen puts on a career-defining fight and pisses hot afterwards, of course Dana will simply uphold the commission's decision and take no further action. But if Sonnen didn't clear his Medicals to fight 24 hours before fighting Silva for the title? You better believe Dana would have fired him too. It's timing. Nate's was bad.
