Thank guys for all the helpful info. I realize that this is not just a diet for me. Like starting Jitz this is a life style change. I am very excited about my future.

I have only been a member of the forums for a few months now but my experience interacting with you guys has been awesome. This forum and 10th planet is like one big extended family. Thank you for taking me in. Thank you so much for your support.

Hmm...well I would only argue that this dietary approach
probably works great for some, but is not right for all.

Along similar lines are the ideas behind the blood type diet.

I think that more accurately represents all people.
While Paleo may be right for some, I doubt it is right
    for all.

It's long been observed that people react different
to all sorts of diets, drugs, and environmental influences.
Some folks smoke their whole life and seemingly never
see a detrimental side to it, while others have obvious
evidence that it caused cancer in their lungs. That is
a bit of an extreme example...yet it's true. What kills
one man makes another stronger. I think the key would
be to look at your own history and your health and habits,
then start to filter out good and bad.

Much like the Paleo diet, the blood type diet explores
the possibility that we are not eating what we were
"meant" to eat. Only it provides more options and flexibility
in it's theories, due to the fact that we do not all function
the same way. Just two cents here.
