What are the best ear guards for jiu jitsu? Preferably very thin so i can escape guillotines
And they cant move around alot
I dont care about the color or looks of it

Use duct tape. Wrap it around your head like a Rambo bandanna.

Use "wonder tape" from Gilbert

I used this when I was playing rugby. Sotiropolous might be using it too (or something similar)
