I know how you feel about nerves it is kinda taxing.. But i am one of those people who belive you should experience all of the emotions of the fight. Fighting is 90% mental 10% physical(my opinion ) ...If you master your brain you will master the fight. Just have fun and take it all in and win!!!!

Robert i feel ya, I have panic attacks related to PTSD. Mj has been by far the most help for me with my demons. I used to b prescribed xanax but the va changed it to kolonopin. They say its basically a longer lastin med vs xanax. Like i said tho the natural herb is way better for me.
