Or enlightened, which ever angle you wanna look at it from. Ever since the seen where dude loses in the club out of respect for his students limbs and everyone chears, but Emo-stein has to remind everyone that someone also lossed, I now cant watch a knock-out without feeling a little sorry for the guy that get his skull cracked. I used to stand up and chear like everyone else, but now I can only respect the effort someone put into training a jump spinning fancy kick enough to knock a full grown adrenaline filled man out. So I started thinking compasion threw jiu jitsu. Then that led to even more compassion through chokes over broken limbs. Makes the power of the spiderweb seem even darker. Maybe more compassion on the street than in the cage. In the cage people are so well trained that its not the best idea to pass up on the oppotunity to finish someone the quickest way possible. Even if you have to finish someone by breaking something, usually it was their choice not to tap, unless you do an Aoki style elbow break where it snaps to fast to tap. Just some jiu jitsu stuffs on my mind ever since I watched NBD 2. Made me focus a bit more on my 10th Planet Jujuju over striking.
I think it was Emo-stein who said it. I need to watch the movie again. I sometimes suffer from C.R.S. or Cant-Remember-tihS<
