Can you give me a bit more details? I've never heard of the Pedro Sauer set up for hand on the mat and I've trained with the man. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this...---------------------

The Pedro is named after Pedro Sierra, who is a Behring black belt out of Utah and a badass.
