Arm Triangle from bottom mount variation

Man I once had Tyler in a mounted arm triangle and had it pretty tight but then he somehow managed to escape his lower body and while I still had the arm triangle he used it to turn into me and get me in a swim move pretty damn cool think he said he learned it from a seminar

I had a noob who said" I just dont tap " when working arm triangles, and he didnt. So I used "The chimp " and he changed his attitude a little.lol

Yeah I'm interested to see how you would set this up....I can't imagine trying to submit from bottom mount.

Going back to the drawing board. Tried it on a purple today and was not successful. I've hit this several times but that doesnt necessarily mean its high percentage. I'll have to get back to you guys. Are y'all hitting "escape from Alcatraz"? In certain situations it def does work but not 100% sure it's worth looking in to.

My guess is that the higher the skill level of your opponent.....the lower the % of finishing or even getting to the position. Once your opponent is purple or higher I don't see this working even 5% of the time. Brown/Black I would guess .0000001%

I'd say that's pretty much true with any technique.
