This is what I use with my son and any other little munchkins do that they can sing and to the "rubber guard dance." Thought I'd share in case anyone else is working with young'uns.
First we grab the foot
Ankle to the wrist
Then we hug the knee
Just like this
Foot goes on the hip
Pressure from the knees
Finish with a hug and
Squeeze! Squeeze! Squeeze!
