    you are very welcome. i would also recommend looking to attack the far arm when in the pyramid like the armbar off muddy waters (or like the armbar denny showed from the pyramid). i have only hit it a couple of times but i know there is lots of potential.

    If you like playing pyramid, you need to be a triangle and far side arm bar master. Its the next level for sure.
