    The more u train, the better u get, so yes, it helped my game. All I do is use under/over hooks instead of grips. My Gi coaches are totally cool with me using any 10P technique I want, so I don't mind putting that Gi on twice a week.

    I started with gi before 10P. When I jump back in gi, the grips make things way easier to handle someone, but yeah I right away noticed I coudn't slip out of submissions as easily with the gi on. I would get stuck and have to figure another way out. I just love to train, so gi or no-gi I'm in there.

    any training is helpful. just pretend the gi isn't there.

    Just grab hyacinth fuckin gi and try to stop him from grabbing yours. Your grappling will help you, but its gi. Deal with it.
