    Really is mainly the big 3. Sleep, Hydration, Nutrition. Hydration may be your deal.. Keep track of you're water intake and make sure you are getting a galon or more a day. A good way to tell is with monitoring your urine also. Try to keep clear pee. Other stress can cause this, something tragic in your daily life? You don't have to answer, what I mean is flooding yourself with negative stress horomones can have real world effects on athletic performance.

    Sean and I are trying to eat as clean as possible. I feel it helps a lot whenever you are training hard. When you run yourself into the ground everyday, you need something that will support you in building your body back up. Fruit, veggies, and lean proteins. It really does make a difference when you start to cut out the junk. Also, I've been trying my best to go to bed an hour earlier. That helps too.
    Be one with yourself and know you can do anything when you are friends with yourself.
