I had the opportunity yesterday to get a private from Alex and it was an amazing learning opportunity. His instructions were very detailed and his vision of paths was amazing. I try to keep up on as much as possible but he introduced me to the Saddle and I had never seen it before and he really broke it down for me to grasp it better since the gi world doesn't do much in leg locks.I have had opportunity to train at Denny's, Einstein's and HQ and every experience has been truly amazing and the instruction has been very consistent in the level of detail put into it.
I really recommend if in the area to spend some time with Alex as he is a top notch instructor and very cool to talk about JJ with.
