^^^What greg said your still a baby amongst giant killers there at Rochester. Stick it out and listen to what the Zog tells you and with time you will be a killer. Rochester is what like a 3 time moon of the year winner trust me only thing between you and greatness is time and your level of dedication.

my personal advise is to learn then drill your basics at home ie:shrimping, Granby's etc and work on that flexibility. Basics like the lock down and judo side control flow that zog teaches will get you very far. I would also hit up my dude https://www.facebook.com/travis.mcclellan ask him whats worked for him thus far as a white belt and being the same height.
