hey guys im new to all of this. i have not started doing any jj yet i wanted to get more flexible b4 i stated takin a class and im tight on $$$ right now but ive been streching for 30 min a night. i found a few videos on youtube for rubber guard streching and have been doing them. but my hips hurt like hell now i didnt try to do 2 much too soon but they are killing me. do you guys have any ideas/advice?
