    funny thing is the leg that was hurt was the one he had in lockdown if you watch close he was able to bend that leg sideways with his lockdown.

    Yeah, thats a transition. What I described above is how you destroy the leg bein locked down with the ec alone.

    Nope. Talkin bout squeezin it against your ear and extending and squeezing your lockdown. If you evil rainbow the leg being locked down gets rotated. This it peels right threw the knee not givin much time to tap.

    Electric chair is my fav sweep...sort of reminds me of deep half. Just started pulling it off in training

    So was that an accidental submission do you think? I'm concerned about actions that result in serious injury, like when not having time to tap. I thought that's the main problem with heel hooks??-->by the time you realize what's happening (feel or see anything) your knee gets destroyed. I'm not too worried about a triangle harming my training partner/opponent.
