Seminar with Ricardo De La Riva in my hometown September 13th!

My instructor, Master Andre Almeida "Dedeco", told us last week that he was waiting to announce this news until it was final. Ricardo De La Riva will be coming to my school, Best Way BJJ, on September 13th for a two hour seminar!

De La Riva taught my instructor Dedeco up until he earned his brown belt, and from there Dedeco earned his black belt under Ricardo Liborio. He stressed how great an opportunity this is, as De La Riva does not like to travel and rarely does seminars, and what makes this even better is that it will be in my hometown, a mile from my house.

Psyched can't even begin to describe how I feel about this!

Definitely man, you won't want to miss it either! You train under Formiga, right? He'll most likely be there as well, considering it's his teacher's teacher, mine as well.

I'm going to see Dedeco tomorrow, so I will let you know if there is anything else to add, but here's what I know so far:

50 slots available, so time is of the essence if you want to register
$80 for Best Way students, $200 for non-Best Way students
Seminar is Tuesday, September 13 from 7-9 PM
Will take place in either Rockland, MA or Quincy, MA
