Lester is a bad ass. Knows leg locks. He was a training partner with
leglock expert Eric Paulson. He's certified in JKD with both Danny Inosanto,
Paul Vunak and Burton Richardson. He's a great muay thai kickboxer,
grappler and trains MMA fighters. He a judge in the UFC and King of the Cage.

I go to the day classes lol, I was in the tourney too my girl was the one that was helpin u film. I have heard of Lester his gym is actually right down the street from my pad. And I still haven't had a chance to catch one of ur leg lock classes but I definately need to add some of that to my game.

Hey Rick thanks, i was actully goin for a ulma plata right there i ended up tappin him to a teepee, and i havent got to train with dustin yet but i hope to make it over to Stable where he trains and check out the nogi class.

Yes i train with Derek at 10th planet omaha/SIMS. I'm down to check out Vista or Riverside, i'm not picky.
Mostly i just want to roll with some folks out here and burn off some extra energy. I've done nothing but eat and talk since i've landed, lol.

Sean Bollinger and me were already to do a seminar with Derek
but the places was being flooded out by the near by river.
Sean had did a seminar in Springfield, Missouri and Chanute,
Kansas and we were fixin to go to Omaha when Derek called
to say it was too difficult to get there because of the flooding.
Seems the water got close to the studio and he didn't know if
the place was going to get flooded. How's the situation this year
with that river?

Yeah i remember that. The river was still a good 20' (depth) from flooding the dojo area. The real problem was the main roads to get to Omaha were all flooded. You guys basically would of had to go half way to chicago and back. All the flooding is done now, and it shouldn't happen again so long as the army up north uses the dams properly.
