Obviously the timing and feel to this technique are crucial. But one detail that is super important, which Alder points out here, is the angle and depth of the dive you make underneath the guy after he pushes back into you. It's almost a roll across your shoulders. This will give you the proper positioning to dump your opponent to the dead angle and to provide you with the proper angle to "shot put" his leg with maximum efficiency."The lockdown is not the 10th Planet gospel; an open mind is the 10th Planet gospel."

Just because I've been grappling for 20 years doesn't mean I've been doing it right. The description and detail of these videos and Brandon's game have really inspired me to step up my learning. I've got holes in my game you could drive a 69 Impala with 26" wheels through. With Mccaghren and Helton choking me, how can I not improve? Thanks for the "You thought your game was tight?" intervention guys.
