I tore my rotator cuff almost three months ago, I am almost back on the mats but its still a little sketchy in some positions, I thought it had gotten better not longer after it occured because pain had stopped and I went back to rolling to soon, went a little hard it cost me another month at least... All I've wanted for xmas is to be able to hard again, seems close, hopefully by new years its good enough to... Here is the rehab routine I have been doing for anyone coming into shoulder injuries:
