Toe hold option off EC. How did i now see that there before? Brilliant Brandon. I agree 100% its by far the highest percentage sweep I have seen. I think i have literally hit it over 1000 times in live rolling. At least 3-4 times every single rolling session.

On the contrary I have never seen gabby or meg hit it once and its not from a lack of trying. Are other females on the forum nailing this sweep? I'm wondering if its a upper body strength issue with the girls?

Toe hold is a sub I'm actually good at finishing.. How do you do that? Just keep the lockdown and dive for the toehold after the sweep? Is there any tricks to it?
