Underneath the name of every post, you see a green bar followed by a pic of your belt rank. That's your rep power.

At the bottom left underneath a poster's name is an asterisk. Six sided star. Click that when you want reward a poster for something good they said. Or vote them down for something deleterious to the atmosphere of the forum.

I also give Rep for those who I have met in person and learn about their passion for 10PJJ. Sometimes we have some lurkers who rarely talk here that DEF need rep points too
