I just want to thank Louis Ho for awarding me my purple belt yesterday 
I've been at the school for a long time and I've left a lot of blood, sweat and fat on those mats.
I know this isn't about ego but it should be interesting to go from top of the food chain of blues to the bottom of purples. I have to up my game and learn this legendary technique called "shrimping" I keep hearing so much about. It's funny how things like this change your outlook on your game. All of a sudden I want to revisit all of my basics and make sure that I'm doing everything perfectly like a purple belt should.
I couldn't have done it without the brutal beatings from all my training partners over the years Thanks everyone.
