    Sprawl from lockdown

I did a quick cursory look at the technique site, will do more in-depth later tonight, but just wondering. What's the go to when you are in bottom lockdown, and have an underhook but the top guy has a cross-face and they sprawl to prevent the electric chair/sweep set-up. I try propping up for dog fight but my legs feel too entangled and his whizzer is tough, so it ends up with me losing the dog fight. I know I'm missing something. Anyway, thanks for your help.

If the guy on top is heavy with a cross face and sprawled - I play with The Apollo, Plan B sweep and if he is too big for all that Stomp back to butterflies or retreat to RG

Oh, nice. Thank you. Just looked at MTS 20. I like that option. Much appreciation!

You need to check out fancy feet to make the transition to dog fight. Dog fight isn't really my game though so I typically superstomp to cocoon and look for either a jean-jacques sweep or transition to rubberguard.
